January brings the snow...
makes our feet and fingers glow...
but not at the moment !
The weather has been so mild and wet for most of the winter up to now...
outside the primroses are starting to flower
but inside the house looked a bit bare after taking down the Christmas decorations so it's always nice to have some bulbs and plants flowering indoors...
I love the smell of paperwhites and they flower so early....in the meantime the tete a tetes are coming along nicely....
The days are already starting to get longer...
with all the bulbs peeping through the soil it feels a little like spring is not too far off...
I think our local thrush must be of the same mind as he was singing at the top of his voice this morning...
So ...... "roll on spring"....!

It is lovely to see the new bulbs pushing through, Gail...Pat and I had a long walk yesterday and both commented on the bird song...Love all your spring flowers!
