Seville oranges.....

Time to make marmalade already ! The Seville oranges are only in the shops for a very short time so I was lucky to get some...

and they have popped them in very cute bags...

they are inedible in their raw state but once cooked with sugar make a zingy delight for spreading on your morning toast...marmalade contains vitamins, pectin and antioxidants so makes a very healthy choice too !

Enjoy your week !

  9. Vitamin C - that's what we need now, "tons" of it to be fit for the upcoming Spring work.
