Time to make marmalade already ! The Seville oranges are only in the shops for a very short time so I was lucky to get some...
and they have popped them in very cute bags...
they are inedible in their raw state but once cooked with sugar make a zingy delight for spreading on your morning toast...marmalade contains vitamins, pectin and antioxidants so makes a very healthy choice too !

i intended to make some this year but have not managed to do so as yet. i also thought about orange curd - yummy on toast too. maybe i'm not too late. enjoy yours
